
Entertainment power couple Connie and Shona Ferguson have recently announced that they will be setting up a film school, the Ferguson Film School, which will work towards grooming upcoming talent in the film industry. The school will be managed under The Ferguson Foundation. Upon making the announcement via Twitter, Shona said that the Foundation is “committed to raise future film industry leaders”, and that the Ferguson Film School will be “the bridge between aspiring film players and the opportunity to making those dreams a reality through equipping, educating and creating networks”. Ferguson Films is owned by Shona and his wife, veteran actor Connie Ferguson, and together they’ve produced, directed and starred in some of the most popular local productions including Rockville, The Throne, Igazi, and The Queen among many others.
